Duties/Responsibilities:
• Initial assessment of the patient after admittance to the center.
• To treat patients ,taking history,send relevant investigation-interpret the result and take necessary steps under supervision of a professor,consultant or unit in charge.
• To follow up the admitted patient,calculate their intake-output chart and record along the progress report.
• Carrying out proper clinical examination
• Consultation with myself regarding patient for prescribing proper medication or further referral to a specialist if needed
• To provide special attention and care to the patients who are with artificial life support by calculating dose of drugs and their intake output chart and adjusting ventilation machine according to the patient’s condition.
• To write discharge papers while patient is discharging with appropriate dose of drugs and advice under the direct supervision of consultants
• To issue death certificated in case any patients expire and explain to the patient’s attendant about the cause
• To explain the disease condition,treatment procedures and its outcome to the patients or their guardians

• Using our standard history taking protocols, she received each patient who came at above mentioned clinics as outdoor basis then took full medical history, relevant physical examinations and sent them to senior professors and head of the department for necessary treatments, medical advices and follow up.
• She kept records of all collected data from patients each day who came to seek medical help in the clinics.
• She then computerized all collected data using Microsoft excel and SPSS program. Thus she had assisted us to get out of relevant research papers in case of our need.
